Yet it still throws up a shitstorm in the photographic community: Adobe goes subscription only. No Adobe CS7, we get Adobe CC instead.

I recommend using FireFox3, with colour management enabled, to browse my site. Alternatively, use Safari.
If you don't use a colour managed browser, and calibrated screen, images will look off.
